ABOUT JUTKOFSKY COURT LLC

 

​We are a Senior Citizen Mobile Home Community in Claverack NY. In 1972, Jutkofsky Court opened for business. Situated on an old farm off Stone Mill Road in Claverack, NY, William and Josephine Jutkofsky built a 24 unit trailer park from the ground up along with their son Walter. Today, Walter and Joan Jutkofsky own and operate the park. We offer large lots for 48 units with paved roads and street lights.
