We offer spacious rented lots to senior citizens, in a country setting. The park maintains paved roads, street lights and accesses municipal water.

RENTED LOTS

 

We have 48 mobile home unit lots in our retirement community. Our lots can accommodate 16 x 80 or up to double wide mobile homes. Each lot also includes a paved two car driveway.

FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS

 

Our park was established in1972 by William and Josephine Jutkofsky. The construction and layout was run by William and his son Walter. Currently Walter and Joan Jutkofsky own and operate the park.

COUNTRY SETTING

Situated on an old farm and consisting of 26 acres, this mobile home park provides a beautiful setting outside your door. Accompanied by large lots for each home, our tenants enjoy a comfortable spacious feeling with a paved two car driveway.
